Job descriptionLeadership : Provide strong leadership to ensure the highest quality of care and operations within Mary's Meadow. Compliance : Ensure full compliance with all state regulations, Medicare / Medicaid requirements, and facility policies. Staff Management : Oversee and guide a team of dedicated professionals, including nurses, therapists, and support staff. Resident Relations : Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, their families, and the community. Budget Management : Monitor and manage the facility's budget effectively, ensuring the best use of available resources. Quality Assurance : Maintain and enhance the quality of care provided to residents. Communication : Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact with residents, families, and staff, as well as to represent Mary's Meadow within the community. Massachusetts Administrator License : You must possess a valid Nursing Home Administrator License in Massachusetts.
