Experience :

• 24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required from last 6 months.

Requirements :

50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Guaranteed Hours 36

Shifts : 12 hrs. 7-7.

Weekend Requirement : 4 weekend shifts per 4 week period (days - Sat, Sun, nights - Fri, Sat). One major and minor holiday.

First to float, could float to sister facility, Mercy Gilbert

Floating : Float to MedSurg Tele B2C and B2D

Beds : 32 beds. Ortho, Surgical, Oncology

Common diagnosis / Types of patients : 80% Surgical, 20% Oncology. Ortho - JHACO certified knee and hip program. 8-10 elective knee / hips per week. Other - Urological, Abdominal, Whipple, Women’s surgeries (no OBGyn).
