Mt. Pleasant Job Rotation Program

The Mt. Pleasant Job Rotation Program (MP-JRP) position offers the opportunity to learn all facets of the Hitachi Energy Power Grid High Voltage (PGHV) business through rotating hands-on experience in project and cost management, field and floor supervision, marketing, sales, procurement, supply chain and safety over a two-year period. In this role MP-JRPs will be exposed to all aspects of the PGHV process through rotating assignments in a series of progressively more responsible positions. Mentoring and practical experience combine to develop PGHV management skills in an area of specialization. Upon program completion, MP-JRP participants may become Procurement, Marketing & Sales, Assistant Project Managers, Distribution, Supply Chain or Manufacturing Supervisor, etc.

Responsibilities :

• Product Rotation (DTB / PASS or PQP / SA or GIS or Ins. Transformer) : Take direction from and support the Project Manager and on assigned project tasks.
• Demand / Supply Marketing or Marketing / Sales Rotation : Take direction from and support senior team members on duties as assigned.
• General Rotation (Quality or HSE or Human Resources or Finance) : Take direction from and support senior team members on duties as assigned.
• Field Service or Supply Chain Rotation : Take direction from and support senior team members on duties as assigned.
