Software Data Engineer

A company is looking for a Software Data Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain data platforms for data integration, ensuring data access, security, and governance

Source, compile, and analyze data for accuracy and efficiency, communicating results effectively

Test systems for new software installations and modifications, providing technical support to improve processing capabilities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience in application software programming, or a High School Diploma / GED with 6 years of experience

Experience with data lakes, data platforms, and data warehousing

Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (e.g., Python)

Knowledge of ETL / ELT tools and data integration techniques

Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, particularly Snowflake and AWS
