Pyramid Consulting is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) OR - Operating Room for a nursing job in Austell, Georgia.

    • Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver individualized, high-quality, safe patient care using the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
  • Provide culturally sensitive, patient-centered care and partner with patients and families for care goals.
  • Coordinate and document quality care, fostering interdisciplinary communication and a respectful clinical environment.
  • Actively participate in performance improvement, research, shared governance, and professional development.
  • Serve as a preceptor / mentor to support workforce development.
  • Promote and engage in evidence-based practice, data collection, and evaluation of clinical products and protocols.
  • Efficiently plan patient care and support resource optimization.
  • Comply with all organizational policies, standards, and code of conduct.

    • Required Qualifications

  • Education : Nursing Diploma from an accredited school or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Licensing / Certifications : Active RN license (single state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification (or instructor).
  • Experience : Minimum 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience.
  • Skills : Strong analytical, critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and time management skills. Ability to work in fast-paced, demanding environments.
