City Wide of Greater Houston is hiring an energetic Entry-Level Sales Representative to grow our client base throughout the Houston area. Compensation

• Base Salary: $40,000 – $55,000 per year

• Uncapped Commission: Average first-year earnings $55,000 – $75,000+

• Bonuses & Incentives: Quarterly performance and growth rewards

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and outbound sales calls

• Present and promote City Wide’s janitorial and facility-maintenance services to local businesses

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals for new client acquisition

• Track activity and progress using CRM tools

• Stay informed about industry trends and local market opportunities

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of sales or customer service experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented personality

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
