City Wide of Greater Houston is hiring an energetic Entry-Level Sales Representative to grow our client base throughout the Houston area. Compensation

Base Salary : $40,000 – $55,000 per year

Uncapped Commission : Average first-year earnings $55,000 – $75,000+

Bonuses & Incentives : Quarterly performance and growth rewards

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and outbound sales calls

Present and promote City Wide’s janitorial and facility-maintenance services to local businesses

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals for new client acquisition

Track activity and progress using CRM tools

Stay informed about industry trends and local market opportunities

Qualifications

0–2 years of sales or customer service experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented personality

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
