At JDE Peet's, the Global Management Trainee Program is your invitation to join a bold, fast-moving world where you can make an impact from day one. Over 12 exciting months, you'll experience what drives our business from the inside out, rotating through key functions (sales, marketing, supply chain etc.) and international markets, leading a high-impact project, and working with global teams to tackle real business challenges. You'll grow quickly with support from senior mentors, sharpen your leadership skills, and build the confidence to shape what comes next.
Please note that the location you apply for will be where you complete your first market experience. The program includes internal mobility and multiple rotations during the 12 months, offering you a chance to explore different roles and markets within JDE Peet's. We offer a relocation package and visa sponsorship where applicable.

Peet's Home Office is a Hybrid worksite, which requires any Home Office employees to work onsite a minimum of 3 days / week (Emeryville, California).
The target annual base salary range for this position is $70,000- $80,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and / or from which they will perform the job.
