Primary Care Physician – Family Practice or Internal Medicine
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician (MD or DO) to join our team in Mulberry, FL . This is an outpatient-only role providing comprehensive primary care services, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management for diverse populations.
The physician will serve as a clinical leader and collaborate closely with Advanced Practice Providers, nurses, and support staff to improve health outcomes within the community. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no inpatient call and supports Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) and National Health Service Corps (NHSC) loan repayment programs — including up to $75,000 for a two-year commitment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation : Up to $220,000 per year based on experience
- Up to $75,000 through NHSC for a 2-year commitment
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility
- Relocation Assistance : $1,000 (in-state) | $3,000 (out-of-state)

Minimum Qualifications
Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institutionBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal MedicineClear and active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain before start date)Valid DEA registration and BLS certificationEligible for medical staff privileges and malpractice insurabilityExperience in outpatient primary care preferredComputer literacy and comfort with EHR systems requiredKey Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services, including preventive, acute, and chronic carePatient education, counseling, and follow-up on diagnostic reportsEnter and maintain accurate, timely clinical notes and EHR documentationEnsure accurate coding for billing and compliance with care guidelinesFacilitate referrals and coordinate with specialty and community resourcesParticipate in peer reviews, case reviews, and quality improvement initiativesMentor and support ARNPs / PA-Cs under established protocolsAssist with development of clinical protocols and patient education materialsRepresent the organization in community programs and outreach as neededRotate to other centers or provide Saturday / off-hour coverage as requiredSupport recruitment and onboarding of new physicians and staffWhy Join Us?
