Key Job Elements

• Develop and configure applications and modules to meet the business requirements of our organization;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
• Design, develop, test, and deploy workflows, forms, scripts, integrations, and customizations;
• Customize and extend functionalities using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other related technologies;
• Ensure best practices are followed for process automation and optimization;
• Manage platform updates, patches, and upgrades, ensuring system stability and performance;
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, providing technical support to users;
• Design and configure Asset Management processes, including hardware / software tracking and lifecycle management;
• Create and maintain system integrations and data imports / exports;
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into processes.
