What You’ll Do

As a Seasonal Support Associate , you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include :

• Providing friendly and professional customer service to assist with inquiries and orders.
• Supporting order fulfillment processes, including packing and shipping.
• Collaborating with team members to meet seasonal demands and deadlines.
• Communicate professionally with customers via phone, email, live chat, and text.
• Acknowledge and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency.
• Maintain a positive, customer-first attitude in every interaction.
• Assist with processing mail orders.
• Perform additional customer service and administrative tasks as assigned.
