Field Service Technician

Job Summary :

We are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined Field Service Technician to join our growing team. This role involves traveling to various job sites to install maintain and troubleshoot commercial kitchen equipment primarily in fast food and gas station restaurant settings. The ideal candidate is technically skilled self-sufficient and capable of problem-solving in the field.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive a company vehicle and safely tow a 12-foot tandem axle trailer
• Conduct service maintenance on kitchen equipment including temperature readings and troubleshooting
• Determine whether repair issues are within scope or require manufacturer warranty service
• Take and upload detailed photographs of all installations using company Share Drive
• Pick up and deliver materials to job sites and the fabrication shop as needed
• Use cordless power tools and standard hand tools (grinders wrenches screwdrivers etc.)
• Maintain accurate documentation and complete tasks using a smartphone or tablet
• Collaborate effectively with a Spanish-speaking workforce (Spanish fluency is a plus)
• Operate independently while demonstrating excellent time management and critical thinking

Compensation & Hours :

Schedule : Monday Friday Approx. 5560 hours / week.

Compensation : $25-$35 Based on experience

Preferred Experience :

2 years in a field service mechanical or maintenance technician role
