West End Fire Company #3 serves a diverse community that encompasses all or parts of three municipalities with a broad range of demographics, including, manufacturing, farmland, mobile home communities, nursing homes, commercial industry, and residential areas. We handle approximately 2,000 911 requests for service.

We offer a Competitive Wage, A very Flexible Schedule (24 / 72), Great Health (Independence Blue Cross w / HRA) and Dental Insurance (Guardian Dental) for Full-Time team members - 100% paid for by the company for employees, Company also covers Family Health / Dental insurance at 75% for spouse and 50% for child(ren), Full Time also eligible for Long Term / Short Term Disability, Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance, as well as Life Insurance, PTO accumulation program (for Full Time), 401k(Full Time), and paid continuing education training. Additional hourly wage if you do not take company-provided insurance.

• PRN / Full Time EMT-Paramedic
