Key Responsibilities :

• Administer standardized neuropsychological and cognitive assessments under the supervision of licensed clinicians.
• Accurately score, record, and organize test results for clinical and research use.
• Maintain strict adherence to testing protocols to ensure reliability and validity of assessments.
• Prepare comprehensive test materials and ensure secure storage of data and patient records.
• Support clinicians in report preparation by providing accurate, well-documented test data.
• Assist in ongoing clinical trials and research initiatives related to brain health and assessment tools.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards in all patient interactions.

Skills & Qualifications :

Prior experience as a psychometrist or in a clinical research / assessment.

Familiarity with standardized cognitive, neuropsychological, and behavioral assessment tools.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate test administration and scoring.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with diverse patient populations.

Comfort with digital health technologies and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and clinical research compliance standards.

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, neuroscience, or a related field, Master’s degree preferred.

Compensation : $60,000-$70,000 including bonus and strong equity
