3PL warehouse in Dallas is now hiring a Customer Service Specialist to provide high quality service to customers by resolving issues, processing orders, and delivering accurate information in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in the system
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints and determining the best solution
- Communicate clearly and effectively with internal departments such as warehouse
- Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
- Handle escalated issues or complaints with professionalism
Requirements :
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferredMinimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or logistics environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with a warehouse management systemDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to pass a background checkMonday Friday 8 : 00 am 5 : 00 pm $18 hr Resume Required Carolynharris@prologistix.com
