Piedmont Oncology, Piedmont
Healthcare's comprehensive cancer service line, is
recruiting a board certified / board eligible medical oncology
physician with interest in Breast or Colorectal
cancers, it's locations in August, GA. This position
will support a successful breast cancer and colorectal program.by
enhancing opportunities for multidisciplinary care, clinical trials
and opportunities for underserved patients in the Athens community.
This new physician will support and expand the clinical excellence
aligned with discovery and innovation associated with Piedmont
Oncology.
The ideal BC / BE candidate will be
self-motivated to excel as a clinician and work well with other
providers both locally and across Piedmont Oncology. The BE / BC
candidate will require a Georgia medical license. He / she must have
strong communication skills and genuine compassion for the patients
and the patients’ family / support teams. Piedmont Oncology will
provide numerous opportunities to participate in and lead research
and care pathway initiatives across the system.
