A company is looking for a Client Relationship Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for client HR staff, addressing service questions related to benefit administration
Document, track, coordinate, and resolve client inquiries while maintaining strong relationships
Support the Account Manager in conducting educational meetings and assist with client onboarding and retention
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
3 years of experience in sales, sales support, implementation, benefit administration, or customer service
Experience in a sales administration role is preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; basic knowledge of PowerPoint is preferred
Knowledge of employee benefits issues and regulatory compliance
