Senior Compliance Manager - Crypto

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Manager-Crypto and Emerging Banking Solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement a financial crimes risk management framework for crypto and emerging banking solutions

Lead investigations into suspicious crypto-related activities and provide guidance on mitigation strategies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory expectations and industry best practices

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education :

Bachelor's degree with at least 9 years of relevant work experience, including 4 years in a managerial role, or 13 years of combined education and experience

Strong understanding of blockchain technology, crypto exchanges, and DeFi platforms

Direct experience with blockchain analytics tools

Proven ability to lead complex investigations and manage cross-functional initiatives

Knowledge of relevant industry and regulatory standards, such as the GENIUS Act and Stable Act
