The Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing and maintaining accurate inventory across all key operational areas, including hub locations, retail stores, and distribution centers. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the integrity of inventory records, driving process improvements, leading physical inventory events, and enforcing inventory control policies and procedures to optimize supply chain performance and reduce shrink. Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Inventory Strategy & Oversight

Design and lead network-wide inventory management strategies across DCs, stores, and hubs.

Direct and develop a team of inventory specialists and site level inventory leads.

Create, implement, and enforce standardized inventory control policies, SOPs, and audit processes.

Partner with Finance, Logistics, Store Operations, IT, and Merchandising to ensure data integrity and operational alignment.

Lead the development and analysis of inventory related reports and dashboards
