What You’ll Do :

Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound calls

Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (e.g., auto, home, life, health, commercial)

Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and policy renewals

Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals

Stay current with industry trends, products, and compliance regulations

Qualifications :

• Property and Casualty Insurance License or be willing to get licensed
• 1 year experience in the insurance industry preferred but not required
