Professional Safety Solutions, LLC is hiring an experienced Utility Electric Transmission and Distribution Field Safety Advisor for an opportunity in Nevada.

Our Expectations

Health and Safety Professionals at ProSafe serve in a dual role : the initial objective is to operate in a consultative capacity by providing expert guidance, coaching, and motivation to operations management and employees at all levels. In addition, our professionals are expected to be hands-on partners in delivering safety initiatives and programs designed to cultivate a strong safety culture on site.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily safety inspections and field observations. Facilitate toolbox talks, training sessions, and weekly safety meetings. Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, site-specific safety procedures, and all applicable regulations. Investigate and document incidents, communicate corrective actions, and maintain organized safety documentation. Collaborate closely with construction management and field teams to uphold site safety excellence.

Qualifications

CUSP certification required. Minimum 5+ years of safety experience in heavy civil, utility, or power infrastructure construction. Experience with switchyards, substations, or transmission / distribution projects strongly preferred. Ability to communicate effectively and lead by example in a dynamic field environment. Must meet project-specific background and safety requirements.

Location : Thacker Pass, NV

Duration : January 2026 – October 2026

Per Diem : $150 / day (7 days / week)

Vehicle & Fuel Card : Provided
