Finance Leader

This leader oversees a team with strong business and technical expertise, driving system implementations through the full project lifecycle-from defining business requirements to managing change initiatives-ensuring users are prepared for systematic changes and new ways of working. Leads major projects and coordinates significantly with line leadership and across functions. The ideal candidate will be a business systems Subject Matter Expert with significant Costpoint experience.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Costpoint experience including recurring activities in support of ongoing operations; system upgrades; and structure / setup
• Project planning / scheduling experience
• Experience working with matrixed organizations (both within business & from local business to national shared services organization)
• Experience working across functional organizations with a large complex company
• Experience designing and / or reviewing Finance business processes
• Budget ownership experience
• 15+ Years Experience in Finance, Business Systems and related fields

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range : $169630 - $288370 Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
