International Sales Representative
Customer Engagement : Maintain relationships with new and existing international customers via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Quotation & Proposal Support : Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, identify and qualify sales opportunities with assigned customers in international markets.
Sales : Present and promote products, negotiate contracts, and close deals in compliance with company policies.
Relationship : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners across regions.
Sales Data Management : Analyze sales data, work with SIOP team on forecast, monitor market trends, and contribute to forecasting accuracy and performance improvement.
Process Optimization : Support process improvements to enhance inside sales performance and reduce turnaround time for quotes and orders.
Cross-Functional Coordination : Collaborate with product, customer service, operations teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
510 years of experience in international sales, preferably in HVAC or manufacturing.
Proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Thai, Japanese) are a plus.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM tools
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
