Paid Campaign Manager
Plan, launch, and scale high-performing paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), with Google Ads support as needed.
Develop precise targeting strategies, creative testing frameworks, and budget allocations to maximize conversions and ROAS.
Execute daily campaign optimization including bid adjustments, audience refinements, and creative rotations.
Run structured A / B and multivariate tests on ad copy, creatives, formats, and landing pages to identify winning combinations.
Ensure accurate tracking and attribution through GA4, GTM, and Shopify analytics.
Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze data trends, and generate insights to drive continuous improvement.
Produce clear, actionable reports (weekly / monthly) for leadership, highlighting performance, insights, and recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with product launches, promotions, and business initiatives.
Support landing page optimization and CRO initiatives in partnership with the web and digital teams.
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging Meta features, and competitor activity to capture growth opportunities.
