Hours : Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

Century Business Technologies is hiring a Business Development Representative to join our Wichita team. In this role, you'll establish relationships within assigned territories, research industries, and generate qualified appointments for our sales representatives — make $60k at plan in your first year!

What You'll Be Doing :

• Establish relationships with decision-makers and customers.
• Ability to excel at industry research, relationship development, and organizing business meetings within existing sales territories.
• Prospect using lead generation strategies to set appointments for sales representatives.
• Attend customer appointments alongside sales representatives to support relationship-building and ensure a smooth handoff.
