Job Title : Ramen Cook (Chinese / Japanese Cuisine Specialist)
Location : Brooklyn / Queens / NYC – (Oodles Ramen Bar)

Oodles is a fast-casual ramen bar focused on high-quality broths, bold flavors, and a comfortable, authentic environment. We are building out our kitchen and looking for a cook who’s passionate about Chinese or Japanese cooking techniques, especially ramen and related prep.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and cook ramen broth and stock to recipe standards
- Slice, marinate, and prep meats, greens, noodles, and toppings
- Maintain consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation
- Assist with inventory, ordering ingredients, and food safety / hygiene
- Work with kitchen team on efficiency, cleanliness, and speed during service
Required Experience & Skills :
Prior experience cooking in a Chinese or Japanese kitchen (ramen experience preferred)Good knife skills, ability to follow recipes, strong sense of taste and seasoningComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple ordersKnowledge of food safety, sanitation practicesGood communication (English and / or Chinese / Japanese a plus)Compensation & Benefits :
