Sares Regis Group seeks an experienced Community Manager for a

200+ unit community . This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth in a convenient location.

Summary

This person will oversee the property's overall supervision and performance. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Hiring, training, and developing a competent team.

Managing daily operations such as reviewing rent recommendations and identifying income opportunities.

Collecting rents, implementing legal delinquent rent procedures, ensuring resident insurance compliance, adhering to screening policies, and managing resident retention strategies.

Completing timely reports, approving invoices, and ensuring accurate data entry.

Reviewing monthly performance, preparing variance reports, and creating budgets and forecasts.

Monitoring market challenges, creating marketing plans, and analyzing competitors.

Overseeing contract work, ensuring quality and compliance, and monitoring contractor performance.

Implementing safety procedures, conducting safety meetings, and maintaining MSDS information.

Identifying repairs or capital projects, maintaining curb appeal, and managing risk issues.

Following company policies, handbooks, and governing documents.

Qualifications

Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

At least 2 years of experience as a Community Manager.

High-rise experience preferred.

Strong sales skills.

Ability to analyze business materials, write reports, and interpret data.

Proficiency with operations software, Outlook, Internet, Excel, and Word.

Basic math skills and practical problem-solving abilities.

Salary range : $110,000 - $115,000 annually. Benefits include a 401(K) match, rental incentives, bonuses, rental discounts, and voluntary health benefits. Full-time employees working 30-40 hours are eligible for benefits and vacation accrual. Sick time is provided as per law.
