Schedule AM Shift : 7 AM - 7 PM Job Description The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering patient care across a diverse population, demonstrating competence in assessment, clinical skills, documentation, and professionalism while ensuring patient satisfaction and safety. This role requires a systematic approach to assessment, proficient clinical abilities, and a strong commitment to the nursing profession. Responsibilities Perform thorough assessments that are systematic, comprehensive, and accurate. Demonstrate competent clinical skills by providing direct patient care. Document patient care activities and patient progress accurately in the patient's chart. Maintain professionalism and adhere to policies and procedures. Respond courteously to patients and families to promote a collaborative care environment. Follow National Patient Safety Goals and utilize safe transfer techniques. Individualize patient care according to procedures and type of anesthesia. Contribute to the perioperative team by prioritizing patient care based on needs. Support the completion of patient testing in a timely manner and evaluate PAT orders. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years travel nursing experience.
