Head of Projects and Partnerships

A company is looking for a Head of Projects & Strategic Partnerships, EMEA.

Key Responsibilities :

Act as a trusted advisor to the SVP EMEA GM and leadership team, facilitating decision-making and strategic planning

Drive organizational alignment and accountability across departments

Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships while overseeing high-priority initiatives

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PhD, MS in life sciences) preferred

10+ years of experience in biotech, life sciences, or healthcare, with success in strategic operations, project management, or partnerships

Strong understanding of biotech R&D, commercialization, or clinical development processes

Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence cross-functional teams

Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability in a startup environment
