Integration & Test Engineer (Lead)

Salary: $85$140 Hourly DOE

Join PEMCCO as a Lead Integration & Test Engineer, where youll lead verification, validation, and testing (VV&T) for integrated systems. Essential Functions

• Develop comprehensive I&T plans, procedures, and test scripts.
• Coordinate test readiness reviews and system integration events.
• Execute performance, security, and interoperability testing.
• Analyze test results and document discrepancies with corrective actions.
• Maintain traceability between requirements and test results.
• Support Deficiency Reporting and Change Control Boards.
• Verify system readiness for ATO and fielding.
• Prepare test reports and brief stakeholders on outcomes.
  
  

Competencies

• Expert in test methodologies, data collection, and analysis.
• Knowledge of DoD verification standards and security testing protocols.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Eight (8)+ years of integration and testing experience.
  
• Active Secret clearance.
• ISTQB or CTFL certification.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters in Systems Engineering or Quality Assurance.

Compensation
$85$140 hourly,depending on experience, ability, and capability.
