Your Challenge :

• Engage in the development and maintenance of robust data models using Power Query M, DAX, and Power Pivot in both Excel and Power BI.
• Work closely with Sales, GTM, Retail, MKT and Finance teams, to manage PSI (purchase, sales and inventory), SMR (sales management review), MMC(marketing management committee) to provide essential data support for enterprise-wide decision-making initiatives.
• Analyze sales performance across various channels (direct stores, operators, distributors, e-commerce platforms) and propose improvement actions. Drives retail standardization and execution to enhance store efficiency and sales staff productivity
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities. Lead the sales operations team to enhance execution and professional capabilities.
