About The Position

Must-Have : Experience in a Level 1 Trauma center, Circulate skills required

Description :

The position is for a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room.

Candidates should have experience in a Level 1 trauma center.

Circulating skills are essential.

The unit handles a variety of service lines, primarily heavy in Orthopedics, Spine, and Neuro, while excluding Cardiac and Transplant.

The RN will be required to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Travelers can request time off for one of three major holidays, plus three non-holiday days.

The unit has a patient census of 60-70 cases per day and features 25 beds.

Candidates should expect a variety of shift times throughout the duration of the assignment.

Teamwork and flexibility are essential as travelers will be expected to adapt to the unit's needs.

BLS certification is mandatory, and previous experience with multiple surgical procedures is required.
