Job descriptionFull-time permanent position Fast-track to partnership Join large 100+ physician multispecialty group practice Robust referral base from 60+ primary care physicians NextGen EMR Busy from day one. Huge unmet patient demand in area Ability to build up a niche practice over time if desired Primarily outpatient role. Some hospital coverage would be great but not essential. 3 days in Calvert County and 1-2 days in Waldorf or White Plains, MD Employed W2 position with initial income guarantee RVU-based compensation + quality bonus + patient satisfacton bonus Full benefits Occurrence-based malpractice (no need for tail) 5 weeks PTO Excellent schools, safe growing community, affordable housing options
