LPN- Licensed Practical Nurse

Location - Hanover Park, IL

On-site | Full-time

Our client, a renowned healthcare facility in Hanover Park, is currently seeking a compassionate and skilled (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse to join their dedicated team. Responsibilities :

Administer medication to residents as per their care plan.

Perform treatments as assigned per physician's orders, ensuring compliance with scope of practice.

Accurately report and record residents' conditions and care, including any signs or symptoms indicating a change.

Adhere to local, state, and federal guidelines in all duties performed.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.

Qualifications :

Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.

Proficiency in computer skills.

Previous experience in long-term care preferred but not required.

License :

Must possess an active LPN license and be eligible to work in Illinois.
