Lead Salesforce Solution Engineer

Position Summary

STERIS is seeking a Lead Salesforce Solution Engineer with deep expertise in Salesforce Field Service and Service Cloud to join our internal Business Systems team. This role is central to our multi-year Salesforce transformation, starting with the initial implementation of Field Service and Service Cloud in years 1-2, and continuing to drive scalability, optimization, and innovation across our service operations.

You'll lead the analysis, design, and delivery of integrated Salesforce solutions that support field service, repair center, and customer support workflows. This includes translating business needs into scalable configurations, collaborating with technical teams, and ensuring solutions are sustainable and aligned with long-term business goals.

• This is a remote position. Qualified candidates must currently be located in the continental U.S. with a preference for the Eastern and Central time zones.

Pay range for this opportunity is $93,000-$136,000. This position is also eligible for bonus participation.

Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county / city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
