Our F45 family is looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and charismatic Head Trainer. F45 Trainers play a fundamental role within the team and company culture as they lead our classes, working closely with each individual member providing the ultimate F45 experience. As an F45 Head Trainer, you will manage the team of full-time and part-time trainers as well as run group training sessions, assess member fitness levels, build a community that keeps our members coming back every day and promote the F45 brand throughout our market area.
Key Responsibilities :
Responsible for managing all aspects of the F45 Athletics Staff and Athletic Operations of the F45 StudioManage the team of full-time and part-time trainers using the F45 MethodologyPromote an energetic environment and create a culture of family at F45Inspire members to fully utilize all F45 resources to achieve personal fitness goalsConduct in-person, goal-oriented consultations with all trial membersFocus on membership acquisition and retention, including conducting referral / lead generation activitiesSetup the studio for specific functional training classesEnsure the studio is impeccably maintainedParticipate in the monthly F45 Athletics webinarsConduct weekly and monthly meetings with the coach's team to go over new F45 phasesEnsure coaches are following opening and closing proceduresConduct studio toursAnswering phone callsHelp with membership salesQualifications :
3-year minimum experience as a personal fitness trainerMust hold a current fitness certification from an F45-approved education entity as followed; ACE (American Council on Exercise), ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine), AFAA (Athletics and Fitness Association of America), NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), NSCA (National Strength & Conditioning Association)Must have CPR / AED / First Aid CertificationExceptional communication skillsAbility to develop strong relationships with membersSolid knowledge of biomechanics and exercise physiologyMotivated and passionate about health and fitnessReliable and punctual with excellent attention to detailWillingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and afternoonsJ-18808-Ljbffr
