  • Patient Demographics : Full spectrum (Pediatrics to Geriatrics)
  • Patient Volume / Census : 1530 patients / day
  • Admissions : No inpatient admissions
  • Phone Consults : Yes
  • Case Mix : General outpatient family / internal medicine

    • FACILITY INFORMATION

  • EMR System : EPIC HIMSS Stage VII certified
  • Office Equipment Available : Standard outpatient clinic tools
  • Specialty Backup Available : Collegial group of system physicians
  • Support Staff Available : Shared office with a Primary Care Provider
  • Reason for Coverage : System growth and expansion

  • Credentialing Timeline : 90120 days post-offer
