Integrated Medical Evaluations, Inc. (IME, Inc.) is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented sales executive to join our growing team as a Sales and Marketing Executive. The position is based out of the Tempe, AZ office and will require travel to surrounding regions to ensure continuous client contact and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Identify new business, and proactively target existing client opportunities.
- Responsible for new client development within assigned region in addition to growth in outside states.
- Develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base.
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding those relationships.
- Meet and exceed market share expansion and sales goals established by senior leadership team.
- Develop, implement and revise revenue-generating sales strategies.
- Represent the company at industry functions, conferences, tradeshows, seminars, meetings, and when necessary, organizes and conducts client entertainment.
- Informs clients of updates with regard to policy changes, services and physicians.
- Assists in resolving client concerns, relative to service and reports quality issues in a timely manner.
- Responsible for new physician recruitment.
- Develops and maintains relationships with physicians and physicians’ staff.
- Evaluates the results of overall sales efforts regularly and reports these results to area Management, or as directed.
- Continuously analyzes the market and competition and identifies external threats and opportunities; works with local management to adapt sales strategy to changing conditions.
- Provides weekly, monthly and or quarterly updates as directed.
- Attends weekly sales and marketing meetings as directed.
- When necessary, assists with account collection activity.
Qualifications :
Bachelor degree in business, marketing or sales; or five years related experience in outside sales; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be able to commit to up to 30% travel requirements, including territories outside of Arizona (primarily Nevada).Ability to follow instructions and respond to upper managements' directions accurately.Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness. Looks for ways to improve and promote quality and monitors own work to ensure quality is met.Must demonstrate exceptional communication skills by conveying necessary information accurately, listening effectively and asking questions where clarification is needed.Must be able to work independently, prioritize work activities and use time efficiently.Ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations.Demonstrates the ability to solve problems and develop alternative solutions when dealing with client issues or emotional topics.Ability to maintain confidentiality.Demonstrate team behavior and willing to promote a positive team -oriented environment.Must be able to stay focused and concentrate under normal or heavy distractions.Must be able to work well under pressure and or stressful conditions.Must possess the ability to manage change, delays, or unexpected events appropriately.Must maintain a professional and clean appearance at all times consistent with company standards.Ability to read, analyze and interpret common and complex correspondence, medical journals, and legal contracts and documents.Ability to write clearly and informatively to all required audiences and edit own work for appropriate spelling and grammar.Ability to respond appropriately and professionally to all inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, upper management, and / or members of the business community.Ability to effectively present information one-on-one, in small to large groups, to top management, and / or clients or vendors of the company.Integrated Medical Evaluations, Inc. (IME, Inc.), serves as a leader in the facilitation of independent medical exams, chart review evaluations, bill reviews, medical and legal consulting services and other IME-related services to the legal and insurance industries, third-party administrators, self-insured parties and federal and state agencies.
