As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within a dynamic tech and media location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the facility, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to all individuals on site. You will be expected to respond promptly to any security-related concerns, communicate clearly with both visitors and staff, and utilize technology such as computers or tablets as part of your daily duties. What Youll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or potential issues.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Assist visitors and employees by providing information and guidance as needed.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities and incidents as required by Allied Universal and the client site.

Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal team members and client staff to support a secure environment.

Adhere to all company and client policies, including confidentiality and privacy guidelines.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
