Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls while delivering exceptional customer service
Manage customer accounts and provide technical support
Perform application data entry and respond to online chat inquiries as assigned

Must be 18 years of age or older
Moderate to advanced computer skills are required
High level of comfort learning new technology
Must have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
