Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school-based speech-language pathologist position is available in Mansfield, OH, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade in a contract role for the 2025-2026 school year. This full-time position offers 37.5 hours per week, working with a diverse caseload of students across multiple schools within the district.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations, assessments, and individualized therapy services to K-12 students with varied communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans addressing articulation, language, fluency, voice, and other speech-language needs.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and facilitate effective communication goals.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports in compliance with state and district regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with advances in speech-language pathology best practices.

Qualifications :

  • Valid Ohio licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (OH SLP) required.
  • Experience working in school settings preferred, especially with mixed disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and staff.
  • Ability to customize interventions to meet diverse student needs.
  • Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive educational environment.
  • Location : Services will be provided primarily in Mansfield, OH, with opportunities to serve neighboring communities such as Bucyrus and Fredericktown.

    This position begins on August 14, 2025, and concludes on May 28, 2026, aligning with the academic calendar.
