PRACTICE OVERVIEW

Defined Need
Be busy day one
Shortage of 4 PCP's
Hospital Employed position
Join 3 employed providers
Replace physician who retired
Work 4 (8 hour) days per week
No Night Call Mon-Sun, No Call during the week.
Low volume / Low acuity
Specialty support
Strong mid-level support
Clinic located in Hospital
Competitive Starting Salary and wRVU production bonus
Income potential of $400K per year based on current providers
Sign-on of $50,000+, relocation, $160K Student Loan Assistance, full benefits

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Must be BC / BE in Family Practice

Qualifies for H and J visa sponsorship
