Come build your career with Vibra Healthcare! We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team! PRN / Per Diem shifts available!

Sky Rehab, located in Bowling Green, KY is a 60 bed inpatient rehab providing rehabilitative services to people recovering from disabilities caused by injuries or illnesses. We help our patients regain their physical or cognitive abilities so they can return home at their highest level of independence. As a smaller, specialized hospital, we offer an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and friendly work environment where you really get to know your patients and their families. Sky Rehab Hospital has been accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) for the following services and specialty programs : Inpatient Rehabilitation (Adults, Adolescents, and Children), Brain Injury Specialty Program (Adults), and Stroke Specialty Program (Adults). Our hospital is also accredited by The Joint Commission.

Responsible for providing and directing Occupational Therapy Services to patients including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication. Functions under physicians orders.

Required Skills :

• Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Successful completion of National Certification Examination for COTA required.
• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of employment required.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.
