Contract Management

Contract Management is accountable for creating and maintaining vendor chargeback contracts, customer attachment to chargeback contracts, analyzing chargeback cost changes from manufacturer partners, and working cross-functionally to provide actionable insights related to vendor chargeback contracts.

Responsibilities :

• Maintains vendor chargeback contracts for at-Home Solutions
• Works cross-functionally with the Sourcing and Portfolio teams to maintain accurate vendor correspondence
• Analyzes impact of vendor cost changes and works with appropriate parties to ensure consensus on go forward plan
• Ensures vendor chargeback contract data and customer attachment are within defined compliance guidelines
• Understands current data, processes and availability, and how current system processes and existing data can be leveraged to achieve the desired benefits
• Communicates complex information so that it is easy to understand and influences others
• Performs validation and testing to confirm the accuracy of the information created
