Job descriptionProvide comprehensive care focusing on geriatric and preventative medicine. Engage in detailed patient consultations, ensuring thorough understanding and management of chronic conditions. Utilize eClinicalWorks for accurate coding, charting, and EMR management. Implement strategies aimed at keeping patients out of the hospital. Maintain an organized workflow and demonstrate technological proficiency in managing health records. Required Board Certifications : Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, Internal Medicine Must hold a valid Arkansas medical license. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience post-residency, preferably in community health centers dealing with chronic care cases. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. This role involves day shifts from Monday to Friday, managing a patient panel with the goal of preventing hospital admissions. The focus will be on geriatric and preventative medicine in a community health setting.
