About the Role :

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Vendor & IT Field Services Coordinator to manage scheduling, coordination, and backend support for third-party field resources. This role acts as the central link between our internal teams and external technicians, ensuring onsite work is assigned effectively, supported appropriately, and completed to Digacore's quality standards.

Common projects include site surveys, cable runs, rack installs, network equipment upgrades (e.g., UniFi switches and WAPs), firewall setups with ISP confirmations, computer refreshes, and support for office transitions or expansions.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Work Order Management : Schedule, assign, and oversee third-party resources for a variety of onsite IT needs, including but not limited to :
• Site surveys
• Low-voltage cable runs and wire management
• Rack and stack installations
• Network equipment upgrades (e.g., UniFi switches, WAPs, routers)
• Firewall installations and ISP circuit confirmation
• Computer deployments and hardware refresh projects
• Project assistance for office moves, transitions, or expansions
• Vendor Support : Provide Level 1 backend support to field technicians (answering technical questions, escalating issues to engineering, and ensuring proper documentation and instructions are provided before dispatch).
• Coordination with Internal Teams : Collaborate with Salesto dispatch site surveys and work closely with Service and Engineering teamsto scope requirements, confirm details, and support IT-related work onsite.
• Quality & Accountability : Review technician deliverables for accuracy and completeness, ensuring Digacores standards are consistently met.
• Budget & Tracking : Monitor vendor spend, track work order costs, and provide regular reporting to leadership.
• Process & Documentation : Maintain organized records of work orders, vendor communications, project notes, and site-specific details.
• Continuous Improvement : Recommend enhancements to vendor coordination processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen the quality of field work.
• Compliance : Ensure all vendor activities follow company standards, safety policies, and client requirements.
