The responsibilities of the Hospitality Captain will include :

  • Greet guests and help them place orders using self-service kiosks
  • Interaction with customers : receiving orders, processing sales and monies and managing customer issues.
  • Promote and assist guests with downloading and using the KFC App
  • Double-check digital orders for accuracy before handing them to guests
  • Prepare and organize condiments for dine-in and digital orders
  • Maintain clean restrooms and complete shift checklists
  • Keep the lobby spotless and welcoming at all times
  • Manage trays – only one tray should remain in the lobby at a time
  • Support your teammates, assist delivery drivers and guests with pick-up orders
  • Handle guest questions or concerns with professionalism and care
  • Encourage guests to leave Google Reviews using the restaurant’s QR code
  • Requirements

    The ideal candidates must want to have fun serving great food to our customers!

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Accessibility to dependable and reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication skills, management / leadership and organizational skills.
  • Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 50 lbs. from one area to another).
  • Attendance and Punctuality a must
  • Operating of cash register as needed and making change for other cashiers.
  • Basic Math skills
  • Complete training certification
