A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Own a portfolio of accounts, driving customer adoption and renewal outcomes
Achieve financial and strategic revenue targets while maintaining a rolling forecast
Conduct regular business reviews to ensure customer value and alignment with objectives
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Sales, Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success, preferably in SaaS
Experience in quota-carrying roles with a track record of meeting performance indicators
BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
Strong contract negotiation skills and experience in driving contracts to completion
Ability to adapt to rapid shifts in priorities and demonstrate a strategic attitude
