Job Description
Remote opportunity with preferred base in NY, NJ or PAWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Account Manager to join our team in Northeast Territory, United States. As the Regional Account Manager for the Northeast, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing strategic relationships within the assigned territory.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the Northeast regionManage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retentionIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base in the NortheastCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needsConduct regular market analysis and competitor research to inform sales strategiesProvide sales leadership to manufacturers’ Sales RepresentativesEvaluate proficiency of manufacturers’ representatives relative to maintaining product line sales balancePrepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential and existing clientsMaintain accurate records of all sales activities and account information using CRM softwareRepresent the company at customer and industry events in the Northeast regionProvide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts for senior managementQualifications
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or commensurate industry experienceCommercial HVAC sales experience6-8 years of related sales experience and leadership in support of manufacturers Reps5+ years of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems and application experienceWillingness and ability to travel at least 60% throughout the Northeast regionPreferred Qualifications :
Outstanding relationship management, interpersonal and problem-solving skillsProven track record of successfully managing and expanding key accounts within the Northeast regionIn-depth knowledge of the Northeast market dynamics and business environmentStrong expertise in sales methodologies, customer relationship management, and business development practicesProficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office SuiteExceptional negotiation, presentation, and verbal / written communication skillsAbility to interpret market trends and formulate effective sales strategiesDemonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring and motivating high-performing sales teamsResults-driven with a consistent focus on exceeding performance targetsWillingness to travel extensively throughout the Northeast regionSales-related certifications are a plus, though not mandatoryAdditional Information
