Employment Type : Full-time

Job Function : Information Technology | Maintenance

Job Summary : Position is responsible for supporting end users both onsite and remotely by deploying new equipment and software and performing preventative maintenance on existing equipment. The person should have in-depth technical knowledge of IT end user support.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Ability to think strategically, manage time effectively, prioritize work according to severity.
  • Provide onsite / remote problem resolution for IT related hardware, software, and applications.
  • Resolve onsite / remote user-reported IT problems in a timely manner.
  • Install and maintain servers, desktops, and storage devices.
  • Provide ordering and coordination support for necessary onsite hardware and service requirements.
  • Provides training, troubleshooting, and support to network and communication system users.
  • Assist in configuration of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Coordinate IT related issues concerning infrastructure, applications, and business critical systems to appropriate resolution team.
  • Assist with automation projects from design and development through on-site installation and implementation.
  • Assist in the troubleshooting of PLC and robotic issues.
  • Develop data acquisition and visualization systems via SAP and Power Bi.
  • Installation and troubleshooting of AV equipment.

Required Qualifications :

  • Computer Science degree is highly desired.
  • Those who meet all other requirements with demonstrated experience in the field will be considered.

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Routinely lift and / or move up to 40 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and depth perception.
  • Routinely reach with hands and arms to handle or feel.
  • Frequently required to stand and walk.
  • Occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
