Knowledge of lean manufacturing and cellular manufacturing principles. Perform other related duties as assigned. . Position Requirements : Key Qualifications / Requirements : Must be able to work weekends and mandatory overtime. Experience in a manufacturing facility or industrial assembly operation preferred. Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt rapidly to changing situations. Must excel at working in a team environment. This position requires that the person be a highly organized individual, who is self-motivated, and can work independently setting priorities without direct supervision. Experience in safety, quality, and housekeeping on the plant floor preferred.
